    Please try to have as much of the following information as possible so we may find the answers you need and get you on your way:

    • Product Model Number
    • Meter Serial Number
    • Neopost Customer Number

    Call 1-800-NEOPOST (636-7678) and follow the prompts for "Rate Change".

  3. Submit an Online Support Request:
    • Log into MyNeopost
    • Click “Support” in the upper right corner
    • Click “Open A Support Ticket”
    • Select a product or “All Other Requests” and fill out the form
